Hey You guys, This is BamaFreak!
So I thought that since most of the writers have their own websites that I would create one. So here it is. It's not much, but I will try my hardest to get as much info as I can out to you through this that I CANNOT on bleacher report.
So as you all know, I am am article writer for bleacherreport.com. If you haven't checked it out, yet you love sports, then your a weirdo. There are thousands of people just like YOU that write for others to read. Yes, I said it. Just normal people that take time to write their opinions and factual things for a world wide website. So please, if you haven't already, join those thousands of average people. It's an entertaining way to do something when there is virtually nothing to do.
Now I am very lucky. "Why" you ask? Well, because on what takes most people at least a year to accomplish, it only took me 3 months. "What is this crazy man talking about?" What I am talking about is rankings. Yes, bleacher report ranks you, but not by skill, so don't worry. They rank you on how many average readers you can get, how accurate you are at correcting others, how on topic you are, etc. Most people, today, would be still trying to work their way up to a scribe, when I am already there.
Now the rankings are strange, and at first glance you wouldn't think it would be a tough road to becoming a senior writter. Well, I have some bad news for you. It is a very tough task trying to climb up the rankings. There are only six rankings, five before becoming a senior writer, the highest rannking. They begin with member.
Now once you join bleacher report you are automatically a member, so it's not very difficult to become that level. Members are also the easiest to get out of. Meaning that you will become the next level in a matter of days.
The next level is contributor. This is not a very hard level to get into, but tough to get to the higher level of scribe. It took me seemingly FOREVER to become a scribe, so don't think you are just a horrible writer if you don't bump up quickly. I could not figure out what I had to do to earn the place of a higher rank. Then one day, I finally cracked the rank of scribe, where I still remain today.
Scribes are the third level. It's not the highest, nor is it the lowest. It's the middle. I believe that it means you are almost average. So for those who are scribes and are reading this, I am not calling you weird, because then I would be calling myself weird and well, that's just weird. What I mean is that you are almost within reach of the level of most  writers. Which is my next topic.
Analyst: It's where most writers are ranked. It means you are pretty much the average writer. Still chuggin' along; trying to reach the higher level of Columnist.
This is above average, columnist. It's where I would like to be, and will be some day. I'm still trying to get there. Like Ricky Bobby said, "If ya ain't first, yer last." What I mean is, even at that grand stage, you are still trying to get to a higher, highest ranking.
Which brings me to my final topic, Senior Writer. OH YES! The Grandest Stage of them all, WrestleMania! Just kidding, but you have to admit, it was a great random quote of Vincet Kennedy McMahon! Really though, a senior writer is the best that you can be. The "elite," so to say, of bleacher report. If you're there, your happy. If you're there, your usually another verion of ranking-ness.
This is the ranking of what we call 'tags.' After writing each article, you will be asked to chose 'tags' for your article. In other words, what you wrote about. There are rankings for each tags. For instance, when I write about Alabama Football, that is one of my tags. There is a page for each tag that has links to everyone on bleacher reports articles that have that tag. On that same page, there is a Top 5 writers bulletin. I am #4 on Alabama Football.
Well, that pretty much sums up everything that I can think to go over. ROLL TIDE!
